We stayed at the Angel's home stay from 31st Dec 2017 to 5th Jan 2018. A beautiful serviced apartment with a lovely bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, big dining area and a laundry room with a washing machine etc. This place was truly a home away from home. The family - Praveena, her husband, her Mother and 2 kids are very warm, affectionate and genuine people. The place is well kept, tastefully done. We loved our stay here. So comfortable...and a quick walk to the beach, its quiet and surrounded by greenery yet very central. Light house beach, grove, also samudra and leela beach are close by. Grocery shops, small eateries all very close. I am still in touch with Praveena! And when I return to Kovalam on work this month, I will of course be meeting the family again! :)

We stayed for good 5 days at Angel Homestay in Kovalam. It was just like home. The owners take care of the guest like their family. We stayed on the first floor which had a kitchen, a small balcony and a store room with a washing machine, fridge and all the utensils you will need. It was amazing and their little daughter is so cute. Her name is Angel. We wanted to learn some Malayalam from her but she was always busy smiling and playing with our kids. Would love to come back there some time again. Very close to the beach. We had two bathrooms on the first floor and a sitting area with a 4 seater dining area as well. Must go place if you are looking for a homestay.

We had a lovely time at Angel House. If you prefer a personal approach we certainly can recommend the cosy and comfortabele homestay. Quiet location, near to kovalam beaches and good base to explore the south of Kerala ( Trivandum, backwaters, temples...) Family Auwerx, Belgium

Kovalam is the perfect vacation spot. A series of sandy beaches sourounded by picturesque palm trees and rocky outcrops. Blessed by near perfect weather, where sunny warmth predominates and where rain fall serves to cool and refresh, it is vacation spot second to none. The only thing that can make your stay even better than nature affords is this warm and engaging home seemingly built by the angels themselves. You will feel immediately at home in Angel House, a spacious, modern and clean home from which you may launch your dream vacation. The services provided include home cooked meals, laundry and regular, thorough cleaning by gracious and friendly staff. I stayed there as a solo travelor for six days in the winter of 2017. There are a multitude of things to see and do in the area, and Angel House can direct you on how best to spend your time in Kovalam. The downside? The only thing I can say is that the pleasure of the location and accommodation make my return to a Canadian winter al

The family is friendly and welcoming, the home is beautiful and comfortable, the food is delicious and the location is perfect, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Why go to a hotel, pay more and get impersonal service? At Angel House you will learn more about the local culture, make some new friends and have a perfect vacation.

I stayed at Angel House on 19th Nov 2017 with my family. It was a great stay. Praveena is very helpful and kind as well as her mother. Even we get authentic Kerala Fish Dinner from them. We purchased the fish and aunty cooked it for us. Rooms are very neat, clean and spacious. 5 minutes distance from Lighthouse beach. Praveena, her mother and Rohit are very kind to us. If you are staying in Kovalam this is the best place to stay.

I have been to this place for 2 days and nights. Its an awesome big house to stay and have fun with friends. Good location i.e. near kovalam beach. The owners are really nice, friendly and caring. I would recommend family or group of friends to stay here!! :)

Angel House is good choice to stay In one of the divine and wonderful touristic place - Kovalam. The house is clean, comfortable, cosy, well furnished. All facilities are including. Host family are very friendly and kind people. If any question comes- they will help. Having a kitchen in the house allows to save a lot of money - not to eat in restaurants and cook self. Good placement gives a lot of advantages - closeness of a bus station, a grocery stores, local restaurants and beaches. Stay and enjoy.

Angel house is ideally situated in Kovalam,it is right where you need to be. Bus stops into Trivandrum are constant , tuk tuks are always passing, so it is ideal, and very reasonably priced. The house itself is ideal,very comfortable and anything you need The house owner will do her best to supply. The family are a Joy and go out of their way to make your stay a memorable stay in lovely Kerala. If you are an older guest and need supplies the shops are one minute walk,and for the beer and wine drinkers the off license is within spitting distance. If you choose Angel House you will not be disappointed.

I rented the upstairs of this house for one year, it's a beautiful 2 story house, set back about 200 meters from the main road, ideally located at a 5 min walk from the famous Kovalam beach with all its many restaurants and 5 min walk from the main Kovalam junction. The house has 3 A/C bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 kitchens, upstairs deck, living and dining rooms. The owners are a local couple that are friendly, wonderful and very helpful, had my job not moved me away, I will still be living there.

Ayurvedic specialists are nearby. Tasty fresh gorgeous Food (Kerala style). Especially mrs Sumathy's "Chicken fry". Friendly Family conversations - an real insight ino Indian life. We had a perfect stay at Angel house for a couple of days during new year. The place well located and at perfect proximity to the famous beaches and other commercial stores,ATMs on the beach road.The property has been designed and built in a way to keep your privacy and well furnished with all the necessities. Perfect for small or big families travelling to Kovallam with their kids. The owners are so considerate and available to help/assist in anything 24*7. Awesome stay and such a wonderful experience to start the new year 2017 at Angel House.

The room was very neat and spacious with all amenities including kitchen with all utensils. As we are pure vegetarians, we prepared our food most of the time. And there are plenty of veg restaurant present near locality. More than a guest house, it was a feeling that we are staying in our home. We had a fortune of having typical Kerala veg food prepared by our Host. We were overwhelmed by their service. If u compare the cost of hotels or guest houses available outside, this guest house is a good option and very economic. Also walkable distance to the beach with just 600 mts away. Super markets and hotels are just 100 mts. Easy to reach the location as it's situates on the main road. Had a memorable and fantastic stay, thanks for making our stay such a memorable one.
